1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HireDetailing ("the Service"), available at hiredetailing.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HireDetailing is an online directory of mobile auto detailing businesses. We list businesses sourced from publicly available data, including Google Maps. Business owners may claim their listing to manage and enhance their profile. HireDetailing is not itself an auto detailing service and does not perform detailing work.

3. User Accounts

To claim a listing, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to the following:

• You must provide a valid and accurate email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Each account is limited to one business listing.
• You must be an authorized representative of the business in order to claim its listing. Falsely claiming a business you do not own or operate is a violation of these terms.

4. Listing Content

Unclaimed listings on HireDetailing are sourced from publicly available data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on unclaimed profiles.

Once a listing is claimed, the business owner is responsible for the accuracy of all content they provide, including business descriptions, service offerings, pricing, photos, and contact information.

We reserve the right to remove, modify, or suspend any listing that violates these terms or that we believe to be fraudulent, misleading, or harmful.

5. Pro Subscriptions

HireDetailing offers a Pro subscription tier at $29 per month or $260 per year. Pro subscriptions unlock additional profile features such as a contact form, photo gallery, pricing table, and more.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.
• Pro features may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to the subscription offering.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Falsely claim ownership of a business listing that you are not authorized to represent.
• Use contact forms or messaging features to send spam, unsolicited advertising, or abusive content.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access, extract, or index data from HireDetailing without our written permission.
• Impersonate another person, business, or entity while using the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The HireDetailing name, logo, site design, and original content are the property of HireDetailing and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

Content you submit to HireDetailing, including business descriptions, photos, and other materials, remains your property. By submitting content, you grant HireDetailing a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

8. SMS Terms

Business owners whose phone numbers are listed publicly may receive up to three (3) informational SMS messages from HireDetailing. These messages are sent solely to inform the business owner that a listing for their business exists on our platform.

• Text STOP to any message to opt out of future SMS communications.
• Text HELP for support or contact us at support@hiredetailing.com.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or use of the Service.

9. Contact Form Leads

HireDetailing facilitates contact between consumers seeking detailing services and the detailing businesses listed on our platform. We are not a party to any transaction, agreement, or arrangement between a consumer and a detailer. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, safety, or outcome of any services arranged through our platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. HireDetailing does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireDetailing and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
